Sri Lanka is in a fix over granting permission to China to dock its new research vessel - Shi Yan 6 - at Colombo and Hambantota ports in October this year. Sri Lanka is dithering after India raised serious concerns over China's intentions. Sri Lankan media reported that the permission of docking had been granted to China while the island nation's foreign minister said that the Ranil Wickremesinghe government was yet to take a decision on the same.
