- The Uddhav Thackeray faction has cried foul after Maharashtra CM eknath Shinde's floor test victory. Through its mouthpiece Saamna, Sena termed Eknath's victory as stolen majority. Separately, Uddhav Thackeray even challenged Eknath Shinde for early mid-term polls. Quoting Uddhav at a meet of district presidents on Monday, PTI reported, “This is BJP's ploy to end the Shiv Sena. Instead of playing all these games, we will go to the court of people. If we are wrong, people of the state will send us home. If you (BJP and Shinde group) are wrong, people will send you home.” Watch this video for more information.
