Speaking alongside Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze, Sybiha stressed that Ukraine expects “specific results” from the talks. Latvia reaffirmed its support for U.S. diplomatic efforts to end the war. Meanwhile, a senior Russian diplomat said Moscow will not offer major concessions after a leaked call suggested a U.S. envoy advised Russia on strategy toward Donald Trump. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy reiterated readiness to negotiate under the U.S.-backed peace proposal with European participation.
