Conservative activist Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was shot in the neck during an event at Utah Valley University on September 10, eventually succumbing to his injuries. Kirk, a close Trump ally, rose to national prominence after founding Turning Point USA, a conservative student movement that galvanized youth support for Trump’s presidency.
