Mob attacks Hindu centre in UK’s Smethwick; Protests with ‘Allahu Akbar’ chants

• An angry mob protested outside the Durga Bhawan Hindu Centre on Spon Lane in UK's Smethwick. Several videos on social media showed protesters donning black-coloured hoodies gathering outside the Hindu Centre. A Skynews correspondent reported that bottles were thrown and there was an attempt to climb the walls. However, police contained the situation and dispersed off the protests. Sandwell Police had earlier tweeted, "We're aware of a planned protest in West Bromwich later today (20 September). We understand this is in relation to concerns around a speaker at the Temple in Spon Lane, but we're informed the event has been cancelled and this person is not staying in the UK."
