The Congress president and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, had a hilarious banter with the ruling party in the house. Kharge taunted BJP MPs on 'aabki bar 400 par' claims and said these leaders are here only because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popularity. The comments made the Prime Minister burst into laughter, along with other members of the house. The speech is now going viral on social media.
