Viral: Big Brawl Inside Japan Parliament; Lawmakers Lunge, Snatch Controversial Refugee Bill

Japan's parliament broke into chaos after left-wing lawmakers sparked a scuffle over a controversial refugee bill. Former Japanese actor and lawmaker Taro Yamamoto was held back after he lunged towards opposition leader in an attempt to stop proceedings.
