The BJP Parliamentarian also commented on the Shaheen Bagh anti-CAA protest, criticism of which was the BJP's campaign focus. He also referred to the BJP's description of the polls as a contest between India and Pakistan. Singh said that the results showed that India had won. He then sang a victory song, before the party distributed offerings made to Hindu god Hanuman. A day after the election campaign had ended, CM Kejriwal had visited a Hanuman temple.

He also said that the results would be clear by 11 am on counting day and the BJP would form the government with a 'decisive mandate'. He also criticised the AAP for questioning Election Commission. A day earlier, AAP had raised questions regarding an alleged delay in publishing of final voter turnout data.

While sops & freebies dominate all three parties' manifestos, will the BJP's Shaheen Bagh focus translate into votes? Or can AAP stage a comeback with its promise of bijli, paani and quality education? Watch the discussion unfold here.
