Arijit Singh was born in Jiaganj, Murshidabad. He began his career when he was just 18 and participated in Fame Gurukul. In 2011, became an overnight sensation in 2013, with Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2. Arijit made his playback singing debut with the Murder 2 song Phir Mohabbat. He won the National Award for Best Male Playback Singer for the Padmaavat song Binte Dil. He has sung many songs like, Haareya, Ik Vaari Aa, Tere Bina, Aayat. Spotify declared him as the most streamed Indian artist. He is one of the best singers in the Indian music industry.
