Sometimes being over-responsible and taking it all on us to do the job can be very frustrating. This also sometimes means that we are stretching our limits and not respecting our boundaries while doing the work. Being over-responsible comes with its own set of burnouts for the body and the mind. "Over-responsible people are people-pleasers who suppress and repress themselves to prioritise others and to minimise or eliminate conflict, criticism, rejection, disappointment and loss.
