Olympics: PM Modi speaks to men's hockey team after India win bronze medal

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi dialed the Indian men's hockey team after their historic Bronze in Tokyo Olympics. PM Modi lauded the team and its Australian coach Graham Reid during the phone call. He called Captain Manpreet, congratulated him & the team for its 5-4 win over Germany. “Many many congratulations. You & the entire team did a great job. The entire nation is dancing in joy for your achievements. Your hard work paid off. I wish all the players of the team for what they have achieved. We will definitely meet once you come back,” he said. The Indian men's hockey team won an Olympic medal for the first time in 41 years.
