Russia’s Oreshnik missiles are now deployed in Belarus, capable of carrying both nuclear and conventional warheads, Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin confirmed on December 26. The deployment marks a significant escalation in Moscow-Minsk military integration, raising tensions across Eastern Europe and putting NATO on high alert. Khrenin detailed the deployment in an interview with ‘The Pervy Informatsionny Broadcaster,’ highlighting Belarus’ role in Russia’s strategic deterrence.
