BRICS member South Africa has issued a big warning to the West for its anti-Putin plot ahead of the 5-nation summit. South Africa bashed western powers for pressuring it into arresting Vladimir Putin. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said, "Arresting Putin would be a declaration of war." The warning comes as Putin is set to attend the BRICS Summit in Johannesburg in August. Notably, South Africa is an International Criminal Court (ICC) Signatory, which issued an arrest warrant against Putin in March. However, the BRICS nation has sought an exemption from the ICC in the case of Vladimir Putin.
