The U.S.-led West has made Turkey the face of its "appeal before Russia" for the Black Sea Grain Deal's return. Turkey, a NATO nation that is a close ally of Russia, has been pushed to coax Vladimir Putin. Turkey is reportedly in diplomatic talks with Russia, Ukraine, and the UN delegation.
